I had booked an appointment id #[protected] with them for my car inspection and made an online payment of rs 299 on 22nd feb 2020. The appointment was scheduled for 25th feb however no one came for the inspection and they even did not bother to inform me that no one will come. I had to call them up many times to raise a request for the refund and the ticket numbers are 261381 and 250808 respectively. I was told that i will receive the refund in 15 days and today even after 26 days on 19.03.2020 i have still not received any refund and when i called up they said they don't know anything and placed another request for the refund and said it will take 15 more days.
Kindly don't pay online and don't trust cars24 service. It is the worst company ever. Their manager from the mumbai head office also called me up and said that she will arrange the inspection and i should not ask for the refund however when i insisted she said she placed a request for the refund on 25.02.2020 however the money is still not refunded. So overall even the managers don't work their properly and don't know how to do their job so just forget about the staff. Was this information helpful? |
