[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — selling car

1) I had agreed to sell my car Ford Ikon 'AP-26-AX-6605' at 64000/- in the Jubilee hills branch in the month of March 2018

2) I had opted for regular payment (non instant), never agreed upon instant payment and always insisted on non-instant payment at every meeting with executive as well.

3) I received a token of 1 rupee on 29th march 2018

4) I received my 1st payment about a week later(passive payment) after handing over my car between 2-5th April 2018.

An amount 42999/- was received on 12th April 2018.
(Was expecting 43999 as 20k is with held for not giving RC as told by in branch executive)

5) I received the remainder payment a week later after handing over my RC as a I was in process of a duplicate. 2nd May[protected]/-

6) I was expecting a deduction of 1000 rupees only for the RC duplicate cost as agreed with the executive offline.

Received 42999+18500+1=61500/-

Expected amount 64000(agreed price instant payment and always opted for non-instant payment) -1000(RC duplicate cost as mentioned by in house exec)
=63000/-

Difference[protected]=1500/-

I notice a discrepancy of Rs. 1500/- here please take a look and process the remainder amount as required.

I Navroz Charania am writting this letter as I have a complaint regarding the payment cleared by Cars24
to me for my recent transaction of selling car to cars24. Please read the details as below:
1) I had agreed to sell my car Ford Ikon 'AP-26-AX-6605' at 64000/- in the Jubilee hills branch in the
