I have brought a used car from autgorized dealer of cartrade.com on 20/01/2017. Till now they are not able to transfer the car in my name. Its been 15 months over still not transfered. They are commiting every time and its failed. Simply they are fooling since last 14 months. Dealer name: Shantiniketan wheels ltd. 103 sec a, metropolitan Kolkata 105 Car details: Hyundai 10 magna lpg Purchase date: 20/01/2017 Can you please help me on this. Sir many Das din Se request Dali hui hai abhi tak Meri security Mere account mein refund Nahi Ki Gayi argent merit security refund kar do .ment I'd block kar do hai aur account number bhi provide kar China hai
