Case It Up — fraud company

I have ordered a bag on 2nd october 2019 and it's already 15th december and there's no update for my order. Kindly look into it. They seem fraud company. I have read several other complaints regarding this company.in their shipping policy they have provided that the product will be delivered in 65 days but it is not yet delivered. If they are unable to deliver product please make them refund me my money.
