Caseily Accessories — Complaint against Khushal Rita for Non-Delivery of Product and Unprofessional Behavior

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Khushal Rita regarding a transaction for which I have not received the ordered product, despite over a year having passed. The purpose of this complaint is to seek appropriate action against this individual and protect other consumers from potential fraud.

I placed an order for a product worth Rs 2200 with Khushal Rita through his online page.

However, to my dismay, the product has not been delivered to me until this date. Despite numerous attempts to contact Khushal Rita for updates and resolution, I have faced nothing but unprofessional behavior and false promises. In fact, Khushal Rita went so far as to block me and subject me to verbal abuse when I expressed my frustration and concern.

Khushal Rita has exhibited a pattern of fraudulent and torturous behavior, continuously assuring me that the product will be delivered the following week without any intention of fulfilling their commitment. This has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and mental distress.
