Caseily Accessories — Failing to deliver ordered products after payment

Order placed on Jun 2 2022 - 12:16AM via Caseily.in instagram account and Payment done immediately via Google pay. Tax Invoice for the order was shared the same day via watsapp (+91-[protected]).

Contacted on Jun 7 to see if the order was dispatched and got a reply that it was done already and would reach me on the same week. Waited till the weekend and asked for tracking details as it wasn't received. Got a reply the next day with tracking details as vpl[protected] with profession courier. However on tracking it said "We are Sorry! your consignment status request could not be processed". On check with the seller after 2 days, still kept getting response that the product should have been delivered by now.

Called their contact numbers +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] on 14th June, but no one picked the call. Then i got a response in watsapp that the order was mistakenly sent on the wrong address and they had reshipped it and i would receive it the same week. Asked him for the new tracking details and there was no response for 2 days and i get the tracking number on 17th Jun as vpl[protected]Notice that the tracking number is less than the previously shared tracking id). I still went ahead and tried to track it and got the same response ""We are Sorry! your consignment status request could not be processed".

Tried sending out an email to "[protected]@hotmail.com" which was mentioned in the invoice, assuming someone would provide a clear response and to my surprise the email bounced back saying "Address not found". I pinged in the watsapp chat mentioning that all this is creating a mental torture to me and there is no proper response with details and i would be raising a complaint. The seller kept saying we have shared details, it should be available by 20th June. He also added not to get hyped for a small order and its not common sense/foolishness to expect the seller to do the work of a courier company as well. Despite his harsh response, i responded patiently that i would wait till Monday and then contact him. Contacted him on 21st June and there was no response.
So i decided to raise a complaint and could see several similar complaints raised by others.
