I had ordered mobile case on Instagram from caseily accessories page. He asked me to send Rs. 800 on his number [protected] for the case. Which i paid him through GPay on 08.02.2023. He took my delivery details. But he has not delivered the product till date. And when i asked him on Instagram and WhatsApp he ignores the msg and then gives false commitment. I understood he is cheating so i asked him that it's been nearly a month, he gives wrong tracking details of professional courier. He is not refunding and now talks vulgar. He says won't refund and also doesn't gives delivery date. It's clear that he (Khushal Narsi Rita) is cheating and running a fake business. Kindly take action against him and also stop him fooling people.

We always warn for thier behaviours ! Twice.
Still it continues so forcefully we have to hold thier deliveries ! Until its apolozised ! .
People have paid for thier products they have rights on it to claim for which we dnt deny .
But if they go beyound thier limits we have to hold it for a basic apology for thier behaviours made.
Which is fair ntin wrong in that !.
Its clearly informed warned .
Such cheap behaviours wont be tollerated .
We expect an apology and get your order resumed for the delivery.
