HI have the linux shared plan of hostgator from almost a year now. In a year this has been the third insidence that my website has been hacked. It shows on the websoite as 'Hacked by Pakistan". Which has lead me the loss of money and the reputation. Since many users are now not trusting the website and are not ready to creare profile with thier data.
They do not want to do the transaction again through my website.I have raised a ticket but their is no response from last 2 days.I am trying to connect eith customer care but no one picks the call. I am feeling cheated.
Kindly help me with this.
