I have been calling and emailing for last 3 months but I have not received any response from cashbus..
I paid my payment on due date, but payment was not updated in the app. Still it showing loan was not paid with over due charges. No one answer the customer service number even no reply for email.Everyday charges will added till now there is no one not taking action also..
My credit score is getting bad. No one is taking calls and replying to my mails and msgs. They are continuously sending threat msgs and Harrasment calls.. Its just like killing..
I have repaid all my loans on the due date correctly. But in the Cashbus application Silver Pocket loan are not closed still. I have informed the person's who called me for the repayment of the loans and shared the screenshot to them as well but still this issue is not yet resolved.
customer care number also not picking my call after several attempts also.the app is still saying pending overdue for last 3 months.unexessarily its hampering my cibil score.
