Cashe — Application showing under verification from past 1 week

My application is under verification from more than a week. The funny part is that i received a call from cashe team on 26 november, there agent informed me that my application is approved and i shall receive a call for video kyc in an hours time, but now it has been almost 48 hours, but no calls or updates yet. And the application status is still showing under verification. I have sent enormous amount of e-mails with my documents and asking cashe for an update on my application, but no one had the courtesy to even reply back. There is no customer support number, no way to get an update. Is there any way to communicate with cashe other than the e-mails they have provided, because i don't think someone even reads them.
