I have done payment through UPI on due date i.e 6th May'2021 again it is deducted from my account on 7th May'2021 morning through auto debit option. Once I have done the payment and confirmed then why again it is deducted next day. If there is any glitch in your system you have to fixed. Why it is deducted double amount for the same month EMI.
I have submitted all the proofs like bank messages screenshot and bank statement.
Sent multiple mails to cashe asking for a refund but there is no response. The helpdesk team has sent an email on 8th May'2021 stating that within 72 hours i will get the refund after verifying their records with my bank statement, but till date it is not resolved. No response from any customer care executive. Requested to call me if you need any further information. No one is calling and there is no customer care number for customers to reach them. Very pathetic customer service providing and since 2 days my mails are not delivering to [protected]@cashe.co.in.
Will it take more than 10days after providing all the proofs and received payment confirmation emails from your side.
