The continuous cycle of automated responses and false promises from your customer care team has left me feeling utterly frustrated and disregarded. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a company promoting instant transfers.also attaching your service response to me.

I insist on immediate action to disburse my loan amount without any further delay. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
