Cashee — Amount still processing a month now

Hi

I have been a active customer of cashe since 2 years and I have closed all my previous loans within tenure and whenever I needed a loan cashe was best loan app but it has gone bad to worse ...I have applied on 4 dec 2023 and still amount not disbursed to my account post approval also...after several mails to cashe team for disbursement but they just reply with same auto generated mail for Every query... attached reply for reference

This is really annoying and disappointing service from a RBI registered NBFC...they don't even have a proper customer support rather than mail..and WhatsApp service also very pathetic.. please cancel the loan or respond me faster
