It usually takes up to 72 hours for a Cashback to track. In case it is not added in your CashKaro account within 72 hours, you may raise a Missing Cashback ticket from your CashKaro account or mail us the transaction details at [protected]@cashkaro.com. Alternatively, you may also call us on +91 [protected] or +91 [protected] during 9:30am – 7:00pm on weekdays. Our Customer support team will raise the ticket for you and take it up with the retailer.
