Cashkaro.com — Cashback not issued

I have shopped for 838 rs on manmatters.com via cashkaro.com which is customer affiliate website giving cashback if you shop via there link, on manmatters it was my new account and very first order so I was eligible for 366 rs cashback which 35% off order value, initially they credit the cashback on my account, later cancelled it stating that on manmatters it was not a new account, while I have only one account and that was new and order placed was my very first order please find all the screenshot
