I have bought a realme c11 smartphone from cash karo app through amazon on 11 th of August 2021, and paid a sum of 6999. But after payment completed and money deducted from my account, it's not showing in order history, no order number, nothing is there. Tried calling many times to cash karo, but no responsibility.. resolve my problem asap. Mobile number registered [protected].
