[Resolved] Cashkaro — Did not receive cash back and reply to my mail | |||||
Hi Team, I would like to bring to your notice that i did not get my amazon cashback rewards even after expected date. its already a month after expected date. As i got mail form cashkaro on 15-Apr-2016 that "Amazon is conducting their compliance process on risk and fraud management." I need update on this that how long will this process takes to receive cashback. And there is no reply for my mail even after mailing Customer support for 2 times. Jun 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved My problem has been solved a week ago. As I called cashkaro through phone and spoke to them on my problem. They resolved my issue on the same day.
