Casio means "poor quality and poor service attitude".

Poor product quality poor service and careless customer service
- high purchasing amount but within 2 years of warranty failure
- warranty card available with stores seal and purchased date
Mentioned but not taken for service under warranty and staffs
Rude behaviour from chennai service centers
Details :
I have purchased above mentioned casio wall clock @ saravana stores, chrompet, chennai -44 as a one among the item of multiple items purchase and stores person also mentioned that warranty card with date of purchase mentioned along with stores stamp seal is sufficient for under warranty failures.
About product quality :
With high purchase amount (2465 inr indian rupee) of wall clock from such a reputed company like casio, why failure was happened within 2 years??
I have another clock with cost of 500 inr for more than 5 years, only replacing battery is sufficient if not run.
I amn’t convinced with casio reliable quality with paying such a high amount payment.
About service quality :
Being clock is under warranty, i have taken clock for service into your authorised service dealer at phoenix mall city, velachery, chennai and i have produced warranty card (Attached below); your service person wasn’t taken for service under warranty and he asked to give stores bill ; i have replied that i have purchased wall clock as a one among item during multi items purchase in non casio outlets.
Problem is non casio outlet showrooms not specified tome that bill alongwith warranty card is required for warranty failures.
If they mentioned, definitely i was kept the bill with me.
My question here is that whether casio oem has specifically to non casio outlets??
If not : then you should correct that hereafter.
If yes : then no terms and conditions mentioned to me, why i should suffer??
