Catering Services At Shatabdi Express — poor quality of food

I am a regular passenger of satabdi express starting from kolkata to bhubaneswar 12277 and 12278 for it's quality service and food. But it is very unfortunate that the quality of food deteriorated drastically, even the chicken in curry was not boiled properly, i suffered with discentrary and took medicine for that. Please make a selection / provision during booking so that i can cancel the food and deduct the amount from tickets fare. Very much disappointed over the food quality now which seems to be very good once upon a time.
