I purchased "skullcandy crusher wireless over-ear headphone" on e-commerce source amazon on 11th jan 2019 which has 2 years warranty.

As i can see the poor engineering involved in the hinges part of headphone and quality team simply relied on regression test of the hinges which brought an earphone into market turned out to be a failure. Durability of the product is low.
Fyi, i would request team to evaluate the reviews of this product on amazon.
When e-commerce giant has flooded with same kind of issue as feedback and review given by many customers no action has been taken to rectify this problem still amazon entertains the vendor to sell same product.

I clearly understand the whole team of brand eyes [protected]@brandeyes.in are just attending customers issue as a part of task but not with responsible person/team to demand the quality for the price what customer paid.

Where is the customer happiness being monitored at times of warranty claim. Why are stringent actions not taken on makers and sellers when the quality is comprised.
