[Resolved]  Ccavenue — Money deducted from account but stuck with CCAvenue

I tried to complete a hathway broadband connection. I paid the payment, the money of rupees 1580/- is deducted from my account but money is stuck with CCAvenue. It says Your order #[protected]_[protected] is Awaited.

Please help to get this resolved.

My hathway provider has confirmed that the transaction is completed. hence I am resolving this issue with CCAvenue
