[protected]@icici — Amount has been debited but beneficiary dint receive

I had bought products of Rs 1120 from https://moddys.in/ via gpay UPI . It used [protected]@icici payment gateway. Amount has been deducted from my account but beneficiary dint receive it . I would like to lodge a complaint against the payment gateway.I would like to get my refund
