Cclive Technologies — Fraudulent company (lost 35k!)

This is the second time I am registering an online complaint against CCLive Technologies (an online education provider).

Here's what happened--

CCLive claimed to have collaboration with institutes such as IIT and the likes. I had registered for a course with them some 4 months back and deposited the registration money, first installment etc of approximately INR 35, 000. Very soon after i transferred the money, I get an email from them that the course has been cancelled and my money will be returned in 30-45 days. After waiting for 45 days (ofcourse now I was a little worried about my money), I tried to contact them over emails (at least a dozen). But that was of no use -- I never received a reply! I tried calling their office but no reply to 100s of calls. By now I could sense that I have been duped by this fraud company. So I went ahead and registered an online complaint (hoping that no one else would commit a similar mistake). But soon after registering this complaint, I received a call from a CCLive guy called Rajiv promising to refund my money and requesting to remove the complaint from internet. Sensing some hope, I removed the complaint. However, there started the torture! I have been chasing these guys for 2 months now and all they do is -- promise you to deposit money and send duplicate receipts of deposit, cheque etc, or tell that there's some technical problem with the bank. The company appears to be a big fraud!
