मैंने दिनाक 26/12/2016 को अम्रतसर से जबलपुर तक AC/2 Tier के चार Ticket शाम सात बजे Com. R-13/Com.-369 (Revised) Chief Commercial Manager(refunds) Northern Railway, IInd Floor Station Building, New Delhi-110055 के ऑफिस में कैंसिल किया था | जिनका कुल Amount Rs 9760 /- (नौ हजार सात सौ साठ रूपए) का है उक्त ticket का रिफंड चार माह बाद आज दिनाक 04/05/17 तक भी प्राप्त नही हुआ है क्रपया उक्त राशी का रिफंड मेरे खाते में करने का कष्ट करें|
