Respected sir I have purchased car tyre from manjeet tyre service yamuna nagar haryana in Feb and July 22 after approx 1000km of the tyre worn out when I approached the dealer he did not listen anything by telling that this is the fault of your vehicle whereas after worn out i put the stepnee and i drive approx 300km at a stretch there is no sign of worn out at any point of tyre i told I am a regular customer of ceat and purchased 8 to 10 tyre included scooter and bike but no proper response i requested him to talk to company he added it is your matter you deal with the company kindly guide me about your replacement policy and do the needful so that I can keep relying your brand in future kindly do the needful thanks in advance Sanjay grover
