If consumer is trusting a brand and spending his hard earned money to purchase some product, its company's responsibility to take care of these type of issues. If dealer is not providing after sales service to customer, Who is responsible for that? Do they have any regulations to control these type of activities.

HI, i bought Hyundai Eon on 14th Jan 2014 having CEAT tyres and on the evening pf same day i noticed less air pressure in rear tyre. I got it filled the other day and after few days air pressure was low again.. I repeated the same procedure.Few days later i was driving on highway and i stopped at a place, i saw air pressure extremely low again.. I was in middle of now where and i had to cover lot of a distance to get back home again. i stopped at a tyre repair shop and he said its a manufacturing defect with a small puncture on the side of tyre.. i had to repair it coz i was in middle of no where.. I'M wondering why was my car fitted with a faulty tyre.. where do i have to go to claim warranty???? Plz help.. This shouldn't happen to a new car.
