[Resolved] Celkon — A35K Model Celkon complaint - given at service centre Sri Vyshnavi Enterprises on 10/10/14 & till now the phone is not handed to us. | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased A35K Model Celkon phone on 29/09/14. But i found that the battery back up was very low. I then gave the mobile phone to the nearest authorised Celkon service agent Ms.Sri Vyshnavi Enterprises, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. The authorised agent after checking the phone said that this has to be sent to their main branch at Madhapur in Hyderabad. They have assured that the phone would be repaired and would be handed in maximum 2 weeks time. But till now the phone has not been handed to us and on repeated enquiries at Ms.Sri Vyshnavi Enterprises, we get inconsistent reply and they themselves are not sure as to when the phone would be given back. In this latest technology era i fail to understand as to why is that Celkon would take such long time to rectify the complaint. It shows that the company is not bothered about its customers. I humble request the concerned to look into this and ensure that my phone is handed back at the earliest after rectifying the complaint. The details of the phone are: IMEI No: [protected].
