Celkon — celkon diamond 4g, no clear response from service centre

I have boughs celkon mobile software issue only celkon is appearing on display so i visited sevice center &handour my handset on[protected]... Job sheet but evey time sevice center person told take 3 or 4 working days... But almost 25 days completed still solution not received. So i am not statisfication from service... I have already reported my complaint but there is no proper response in this company I need justice. I don't want to use a default mobile. I want my money back soon. Please don't make me to wait for a long. Without mobile my job is very difficult. So do the needful as soon as possible.

celkon service center is not response at tirupati.same problems repeated two or more times and give behavior not good at tirupati.there is no support to customer. my mobile in warranty bellow 6 months there are five times problem coming but now on words problem not rectified.. celkon dimonds u problems repeated of my phone.

Celkon cliq bought in October 2018.after three months it dead repaired three times in January 2019.but again dead.please replace immediately.
