Hi Team, Unfortunately I purchased Celkon A9+ Dual handset in the month of June’14, within 15 days, speaker and mike were DEMAGED. Due to lack of time I managed with Earphones finally july 17 I visited your customer service center at Dondaparty, Visakhapatnam, andra Pradesh branch. They promised that within 2 days they will do the needful but even after 5 days there was no fruitful response, so took my mobile back from your uncapable team. 2nd time I submitted my mobile on 13th august, with the WORKORDER NUMBER CM[protected], but even also its still under process, they are saying that, under process..
