Celkon — Charger Problem | |||
Dear Celkon Care, I hereby to complain you that my headset(Celkon A35k) receiver and as well as the charger got problem, so i went to service center in visakhapatnam and its service center name is Arun Cell Care Dr No, [protected]st Floor, Shop No 2, Sri Surya Lakshmi Complex Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam [protected]. so my complaint is ive given my headset and charger and they told me to collect my mobile by 3days and they told me that they will replace my charger but when i went to collect my new charger they questioned me that acctualy whats the problem in charger... im really shocked with their question and they only replaced adapter and that time i asked them that you people told that you will replace the charger and they were replyin with careless answer and i asked them if it again get problem then im goin to suffer so change the full charger, and they told me if it wont work then they asked me to bring so they will repaire and will give it to me so thats the complaint Now you people have to solve my problem and the people in your service point are the mannerless and they dont even know how to talk to customers... so if you to wont take action on my complaint and as well giving me new charger then i will take action on your company ASAP i want the reply from your people Was this information helpful? | |||
