Celkon — i got display problem to newly buyed phone

my name is durga prasad from vijayawada i got some display problem and my phone is given to celkoncare center located at near ntr circle, patamata but they are not responding quickly to change my display but they are saying we put the order to the higer authority when the display recived they are repair my phone .they are saying this takes a long time .it is my newly buyed phone before one month only so please change my display soon.my phone model is celkon Q5 latest mobile.
