[Resolved]  Celkon — Mobile handset service pending for more than 4 months

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased A225 Model Celkon phone on 08/07/14. After few months the mobile had charging problems and the battery back-up was very low. I then gave the mobile phone to the nearest authorized Celkon service agent SALAI ENTERPRISES, PURASAWALKAM, CHENNAI. The authorized agent after checking the phone said that this has to be sent to their main branch. They assured that the phone would be repaired and would be handed in maximum 2 weeks time. After 2 months they promised me to make a replacement of the phone. But it’s been MORE THAN 4 MONTHS now and they have not delivered the replacement even after repeated calls and enquiries to them. CELKON gave me the worst customer service of my life. And I had undergone a severe mental pressure and trauma in dealing with this issue.
