Celkon — new mobile impaired by service center | |||
Hi, I purchased celkon diamond pop, on july 2017 with imei [protected]. Getting display problem & also have camera lens problem. I gave it for repair at future technologies on[protected] and received it on[protected], worst service. Right now touched problem is resolved but "network signals aren't working properly" earlier it showed in my home but right now it is not, to do a call i have to go out. Celkon impaired my mobile. I got these problems with a new mobile. My mobile should be replace with a new mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks a lot for your help, Yesterday I received a call from Celkon representative, He Offered that, you have to pay extra 1500 for a new Hand set. The MRP is around 6000+, I told him the Hand set you are offering me, Its value is 4899/- on Amazon & I purchased my Hand set 5 months ago for 4700/- so I will pay the difference that is 200/- . The product has problem & its the fault of Celkon not mine. So the Representative told me, He would convey the info to the concern authorities. I haven't get any update yet. If they can't replace then Return my money.
