[Resolved]  Celkon — No proper response from service centre (New Gajuwaka)

I bought celkon signature A107+ mobile on 20/12/2013 in cell point mobile store. frequently the mobile got screen related problems and now the screen is not working completely. I went to celkon service center which is located in new gajuwaka ( Lokesh Teja Communications). They told that the touch screens are not available and we will order it for u and we will inform to u in 10 days. its been 15 days since i filed the complaint and till didn't got any reply from them and it is really embarrassing ...
