Celkon — returning of of celkon 12.7 cm (5 inch) dragontrail 4g mobile phone due to not functioning-reg.

I have purchased 12.7 cm (5 inch) dragontrail 4g mobile phone (Hsn code[protected] today (On 02.09.2017) vide my order no. [protected]. The above item has supplied by flash distribution pvt. Ltd, d no.8-2-120/120a/14b&14c, vasanth vihar enclave, nandi nagar, road no. 14, banajahills, hyderabad, telangana[protected] vide invoice no. Flas/17-18/37658 dated 28.08.2017.
The above mobile which is supplied to me is not in working condition. I am trying to open it but it is functioning. Please return the above phone and supplied me new mobile.

We are not able to find any new battery for celkon 2gp star battery in shops so please help us to get a new battery
