- date of incident 5th of july 2016
- i have iphone5s, there was an issue with the display actually the display was not working so the (Cellexa services, uttam nagar) changed the display @ of 2800/- and for that i got the receipt. But there was an another issue the top most button by which we shuts off the phone that was also not working so they asked to change that also if i want but i denied because it was costing me around 1000rs. After some time they asked me to change it in 500 rs. Because they did that from another phone. So i agreed on that and for that process i didn't get any receipt. And the whole procedure for all this took around 3 hours.
But from the same night it was creating the problem my phone was getting shuts off automatically even though battery was charged around 72% and next morning i was travelling in metro same problem was occur along with that the sensor was not working.
I visited to them directly and meet to the person who take care of that service center. And tell him everything the repairing guy then comes to me and says battery issue is there and it will cost you around 1500 rs. And i asked him what about touch sensor he replied to me that it might because of changing the display and i don't know how it will work further.
So today i visited to karol bagh the person open my phone in front of me and he says the battery was changed because that is not stick with the phone and the little bit of wire which is called patta that is also cut from the sensor button by which my touch sensor will not going to work never.

- so i don't know what kind of return, repair, or refund i expect from the cellexa services because any how that touch sensor is not going to work now. And the battery i changed today from somewhere else.
- i will attach the invoice of display but for another (Switch button) they didn't provide any invoice.
-and one more thing that is they didn't back my previous display when i asked to them they put 3-4 display and says which one is yours. And gave me broken display from back side.
- is this the professional way?
