JOSAA user id= 14102042 = admission fees refund Myself Keval Mahendra Morabia My Josaa.nic.in user id is 14102042. Jee Advanced 2015 exam roll no.=1003298. Result= Rank 3605. I had paid/remitted (by E-challan mode of payment at State Bank of India, CG Road Branch, Ahmedabad 380009 ) Seat acceptance fees amounting to INR Rs. 45, 000/- dated 09 July 2015 towards fees for seat allocation at IIT Roorkee- B.Tech- Production and Industrial Management. But i have not appeared at IIT Roorkee for reporting as i have taken admission in another Institute. As a result, i am eligible for refund of my money. But when i visited CSAB website for refund of my amount, i found that i am not eligible for refund. i cannot understand the reason. why??? PFA screenshot which says that i am not eligible for offer. I contacted IIT Roorkee office of Chairman, some clerk picked up and i asked them for the Refund of my Seat Acceptance fees. they asked my Josaa Rank and other details and also my bank details which i mailed it to them. Then I called them everyday to ask for my refund but they told me to wait for verification process... Finally, I aksed them to allow me to talk with Chairman pretending that he was our family friend. The clerk was frustated and denied me to allow talk with chairman and refused to give me contact no. then, on the next day, I received the refund amount in my bank. Finally, could get back my hard earned money from these corrupt officials.

Central Seat Allocation Board [CSAB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
