I participated in csab counselling in 2019. I have been trying to track my fee refund from past one year. The site http://csab.nic.in was not updated since august 2019. Their was no link for refund process till 11 august 2020. After declaration of result of jee mains 2020, a new csab site with new registration has opened up, completely ignoring the 2019 complaints. Its been more than one year now and the amount is significant....

It's been more than 10 months that i haven't got my refund for the counselling i took part in i was not allocated any seat as per my preference but as per the rules i should have got my refund by now but there are no updates regarding this on the website and the counseling team at nit trichy did not responded neither to my calls nor the mails. I hope you can check on this issue and help me solve it....

I had lodged a complaint vide complaint reference id : 2589141 dated 02.03.2020 and 24.03.2020 regarding non receipt of amount from csab towards submission of amount of my son nihal sahu. But inspite of repeated complaint, till date i had not received any communication from csab nor received the refund amount.

Hence, i request to kindly to look into the matter seriously for an early refund of the above amount from csab. Since...

This is regarding non refund of counselling fee of ₹16500/- paid for the session 2019 paid in october 2019 against application no[protected] of mr. Nishant as no seat or counselling was offered to mr. Nishant. I contacted at +[protected], +[protected] many time but, no call was attended by any authority. I also sent 5 mails regarding refund to csabhelpdesk[at]nitt[dot]edu but no reply was given to me.

Most of the complan shows that no fee will be refund to anyone yet. I request the mangement plz back our fee. Counseling fee was given by our father with much difficulty he need money in lockdown. Some few student complaints are there......

I was allocated ece at nit warangal from josaa rounds 2019. I opted for csab special rounds. I paid a registration fees of rs. 36500.
At the end of the special rounds, i got the same seat. I contacted my institute's office and tried getting information about refund without any positive response from the other side. I have submitted my bank account details to the incumbent atleast two times. But, i have not got my refund till date....

I am naveen sai nath b, from andhra pradesh. I have patispated in josaa csab spot round to get a seat in top nits or iits. But my bad luck indont get any seat in that 2 spot rounds. My name is ankit verma and i lives in uttar pradesh, last year i applied for jee main exam my application no. Is[protected] so i didn’t get any seat in 7 rounds counselling, i register for csab counselling there also not allotted any seat.

So i have not get refund in my account, i had filled all details during notification, please help sir i lives in small village i don’t know how to connect...

My parents paid for my csab registration fees and as i was not alloted a seat in the desired college, i should have got the refund amount with appropriate deduction. But it has been almost 10 months and the csab council hasn't replied to our emails. This is very inappropriate behaviour.
And the amount is significant and therefore i can't let it go. Please do the needful...
