Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — JEE Application number # [protected], I haven't received refund even though I'm eligible for it -

Respected sir/ Madam,

Reaching out to you for a resolution around CSAB refund processing
As I am not getting any revert from the concerned department as well as no revert from CSAB board official email id [protected]@nitrkl.ac.in

- First follow up raised for refund request on 30/Oct/23
- Second follow up request raised on 20/Nov/23, refer attached mail )

And even the phone line given on CSAB site is not answered.
I am chasing for my refund since October
As per the rules I am eligible for the refund. Please investigate this matter.

I request to make a refund as soon as possible.
