Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — not getting a seat even though my rank is less than the closing rank

I am rahul bhatotia application number[protected] and obc ncl rank is 43012. My home state is kerala. I have applied for csab special round but did not got any seat. According to the cutoff list given on csab website i should have got civil engineering at nit calicut (Closing rank for hs obcncl is 57682). Nit calicut civil engineering was my 87th choice. Please resolve this matter before 2nd round result comes.
