Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — refund of dually submitted fee of csab

My csab 2019 fee was dually submitted. First by cash mode in sbi bank which was not reflected on my csab login id on 26 july 2019. So my csab choice filling option was locked. We are unable to fill choice. It was second last date of registration. So we again pay fee by net banking for registration. My cash fee was submitted on state bank mops reference no.- "cpt6593847".
