Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — result of seat allotment round 1

Respected madam/sir,
My application number for jee mains is[protected].
I got my category sc rank 6654 and crl rank 147713 in my jee mains 2019 and i have registered for special round by filling iiit jabalpur mechanical branch as my last option but seat has been allotted to candidate whose rank is 148135 that more than mine... So i want to know why does i have been allowed seat in the first special round. Please look into the matter as fast as possible and please reply me as early as you may.
