The Century Co agents Deepak ([protected]) and Mohit Porwal ([protected]) invited me and my wife in a hotel at Yamunanagar on 27.01.19 and said that Co wants to give us a free 3N/4D voucher with Breakfast etc and showed us Co packages etc which we bought for Rs 1, 12, 000 through 2 cr cards and they gave us 2 return air tickets, 1N anniversary ticket, another Voucher of 3N/4D which we availed in Mar19.When we tried to book another voucher for Pune for July19 then they refused on this and that reasons and we lost train tickets booking also.so we asked for 25.05.19 booking then they replied that it will be charged with maintenance which was unfair and fraudulant act for us. They always harass and after great struggle we get the service. We have no faith in this Co's honesty and we pray to get us our money refunded immediately.They are cheat people as per public reviews also.Their attitude is unprofessional and defective.
They should be asked to refund money for violation of contract.

They demand money on phone calls. In emails they only day that booking is not done so much in advance or not open etc etc

This is to inform the complaint you raise above is not acceptable. Being member of our organisation and utilising all the package and Holidays still raising false complaint . This complaint has already been neglected by consumer forum .

You bought membership for 10 years and in offer you got 2 air tickets with 3 N/4D stay and 1 N in Delhi NCR stay . You have already availed both the package without any single penny charges .

First offer availed in Shirdi - couple return air tickets and stay in sterling Shirdi for 3 N/4D stay. You availed this in March .

No charge were paid. It was complimentary .

Secondly, 1 night Stay with your choice Property in Delhi NCR - Park INN by Radisson in June.
No charge were paid. It was complimentary .

Now, coming to your recent booking in PuNe we have avail that too for you . You ask for discount in AMC . WE TOO DID THAT FOR YOU LOOKING TO YOUR CONDITION.

AT WHAT PLACE FRAUD HAS BEEN CONDUCTED PLEASE LET US KNOW. AFTER AVAILING SERVICE STILL SUCH COMPLAINT IS NOT WORTH.

ON OTHER HAND YOU ARE REVIEWING US FOR BOOKING AND THANKING US.

THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY WONT BE APPRECIATED AND ACCEPTED.
