Respected sir,
I applied for form 8 (Addition of surname after marriage) in march 2017 at prahaladpur office delhi,
Firstly i didn't get my voters card till now havin spent almost 3 months in waiting and going at the office many times... They cited reason that they dont have my voter card with them, it must be speed posted to me and you would get it very soon. Secondly, i checked my details online then i found that my father's name is wrong. I just fed up of these blunders of government employees.
