[Resolved]  CEO Delhi — Voter Id Not received !!

Hi There, My voter application enrolment number (Form-6) is 3151788 and it is applied in July 2013. The issue is that I have not received my VOTER ID card yet while I have casted my vote 2 times in assembly elections and parliament elections that means I have to be my VOTER ID card, but it's not.
