Champu.in — T-shirt order not received

I have ordered a couple t-shirt from champu.in with Order #2773 on 1st December. I have not yet received the order it has not been dispatched yet and it claims to have a 24/7 customer service number which it doesn't answer. Even after several calls and mails it has not responded. The payment has already been made. Please look into it. Thanks in advance.

Sadly, the issue still persists. I had a similar problem recently and its been almost 2 months since the order and nothing's been received. The fraudulent company is still getting away with their sham! The company needs to be shut down!
