Chandra Hyundai — Poor after sales | |||
Hi i booked a elite i20 (O)from chandra hyundai ooty/coimbatore on 03-03-16 on at price7, 91, 906/-on road and sales executive from ooty told me to give discount of 6850/- and i booked with 2000/- i asked before booking that if car is available on my desired dated and he confirmed it and said yes. after that no call till my conffirmed date and i had to keep on asking about delivery and he keep on saying that car is on way etc... he told me to pay full amount and he will refund discount amount+ booking amount. at last i got car but i was bit disappointed as i didint get it on my chosen date. anyway after getting car again i had to ask him for registration. and still didnt get my discount as well as booking amount!!! one day due to my sirprise he came to me with order booking form after 25 days and showing that told me that what he has given was old price and this is new price and he himself was not aware of that while booking!!! i was stunn looking at him...how can a sales executive can be so careless about updated price..he could have made a call to his superior and than could have told me...but he didi it purpose fully because in march ending he didint want to loose any customer. and he gave me fake promise and he played well in that and now showing me just simply writing on order form that it is new price. OLD PRICE was:7, 91, 906, NEW PRICE:8, 0, 1475 difference 801475-7, 91, 906= 9569(on road) So this way he ate up my almost booking and discount amount which is 6850+2000=8850. i feel cheated as this sales executive gave fake promise all the time. also nobody turnup with any customer service from chandra hyundai and even they are not customer oriented staff. i request to do justice in this case as i feel cheated in this case and i dont get proper service from chandra hyundai, ooty, tamilnadu. please see attached pics for all doc. hoping for justice umang nayak [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
