Changemytyre.com — Refund not received for more than 3 months. | |||||
I have ordered falken - sincera sn835, 5 tyres on fri, mar 11, 2016 for a cost of ₹ 11, 874. They did not bother to respond until mar end and i had to call their customer service to cancel the order. They confirmed in email that my order is cancelled and the refund is initiated on 01-apr-2016 but the amount is not credited back to my credit card yet as of 02-may-2016.
