Chaudhary Bus Travels — Delay of bus arrival

The bus company alloted me the bus timings but at the last moment the person informed that the bus which was scheduled has been cancelled and would arrive after 30 minutes. When we called the company owner replied that he is not responsible for the delay of the bus and is never responsible for the innconvinience faced by the traveller. The owner kept on delayig its arrival at the fixed spot and kept on refusing the calls made by the passenger. The worst of the scenario faced by the passenger and charged highly.
