Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — Change in date of birth in marksheet.

My name is pawan kumar. i am currently studying in j.v college baraut (baghpat) college code 004. I am doing b.s.c(ag) 8 semester. My roll no. Is RD[protected] and enrollment number is M19146792. I am writing to request a change in my date of birth on my marksheet. My current marksheet states that my date of birth is [12/08/2002], but this is incorrect. My actual date of birth is [08/12/2002].

I understand that changing the date of birth on my marksheet may require some formalities, but I would greatly appreciate your assistance in rectifying this mistake. I have attached a copy of my intermediate marksheet as proof.
